  • Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements
  • Full time temporary opportunity for up to 24 months (35 hours per week)
  • Salary from $106,025 to $117,363 pa. + super and annual leave loading

Your role


Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud applications for the division of Courts, Tribunals, and Service Delivery (CTSD) within the Department of Communities and Justice? We're seeking a talented Cloud Administrator to provide technical expertise and system administration support across our Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AZURE cloud platforms.


What you’ll do


  • Provide technical support and system administration for existing cloud applications deployed on AWS and AZURE platforms.
  • Collaborate with project teams to offer guidance on application maintenance and enhancements.
  • Undertake complex problem resolution and coordinate analysis of operational data to identify emerging trends.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers for configuration changes and escalated issue resolution.
  • Review proposed cloud environment changes for compliance with operational requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day support tickets and act as an escalation point for the team.
  • Lead delivery and implementation of product enhancements and change requests.

What we’re looking for


  • Expertise in AWS and AZURE cloud platforms, with in-depth knowledge of services such as EC2, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor Data, SQLDatabase
  • Certification in AWS and AZURE cloud technologies is recommended.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Dedication to customer service and service delivery excellence.
  • Capability to motivate, mentor, delegate, and influence others positively.
  • Integrity and respect with an understanding of cultural diversity.
