We are seeking qualified candidates with either a perioperative nursing background (including CSSD experience) or extensive experience as a Sterilisation Technician.
In this role, you will thrive in a close-knit department of 12 staff, 7 theatres overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with standards . Knowledge of relevant standards and accreditation is key to success.

Essential criteria
- Experienced Sterilising Technician with Certificate III in Sterilising Services OR Perioperative Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Current knowledge of all aspects of Sterilising Services including relevant standards.
- 3 years minimum experience within the CSSD environment.
- Previous experience within a management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to act as a positive role model and inspire your team.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture and develop team members with potential to advance their career.
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources.
Desirable
- Certificate IV in Sterilising Services or relevant Post graduate qualifications.
Remuneration : On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $40.65 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
