We're seeking someone with or leadership experience, highly focused on safety, great communication and computer skills. Full training with our internal onboarding will be provided on our Trade Centre products to set you up for success and increase your earning potential. Forklift licence is desirable or be willing to obtain one.

Your role will include the following:
- Ensure adherence to site safety requirements and safety plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage the distribution of products.
- Oversee and coordinate daily store activities.
- Maintain high standards of retail excellence.
- Contribute to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
- Hold full responsibility and accountability for store profit and loss (P&L).
- Lead and manage a close-knit team of 5 and fostering a positive culture on site.
