- We are currently accepting applications for the role of Type Rated Instructors (TRI-SI) to deliver training for our new fleet of A321 XLR aircraft

- The positions are based in Sydney
The Role: As a TRI-SI, you will deliver training in A320 Full Flight Simulators, Procedural Trainers and ground theory classrooms. TRI-SI’s are required to maintain a high level of knowledge, technical and non-technical skills along with a willingness to embrace future training technology and modern techniques. Qualifications and Experience: To be eligible for selection as a Type Rated Instructor - Simulator Instructor (A320), candidates must possess: - Australian CPL or ATPL (Aeroplane)
- Instrument Rating endorsed with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3D
- Airbus FBW Type Rating
- FIR or SIR, with IR A training endorsement
- High standard of proficiency
- Previous instructor experience in multi-crew aeroplane type rating training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Inclusive and respectful leadership qualities
- Ability to foster a positive and caring training culture
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team
- High level of motivation
- Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Aviation Legislation applicable to jet transport operations and flight crew training and licensing
- In-depth understanding of Human Factors and non-technical skills
- Preference will be given to applicants also have:
- A320 Type Rating
- SIR with A320 TR training endorsement
- Experience in Regular Public Transport, multi-crew, narrow or wide-body jet aircraft operations
