We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.
What we need
We currently have Permanent Full or Part time opportunities for skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses, at our Glenorchy facility, Barossa Park Lodge.
In the nursing team, you will have an opportunity to:
- Carry out comprehensive and effective nursing assessment, medication administration, and provision of clinical care
- Formulate, maintain and review resident care plans and other documentation
- Be a role model to our Nurses and Extended Care Assistants
- Above all else, we want you to provide exceptional care to all our residents and be a member of the OneCare and wider community.
If you have your AHPRA registration, a passion to improve our resident's daily lives, are a hard worker and looking for an opportunity to flourish as a Nurse, then we want you!
