Do you have customer service experience and enjoy working within your local community?
Our team in Keperra are on the lookout for a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will assist with greeting, managing queries, checking in appointments and managing calls and other requests directed to the team.
Our private clinic is open Monday - Friday, with working shifts between 8am - 5pm - in this role you will need to be available to work on Thursdays and Fridays regualary. Paid training is provided to ensure you are set up for a successful career with Lumus. Free parking is available on site.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
