Anytime Fitness is on the lookout for a passionate, knowledgeable and highly motivated Exercise Scientist to join our growing team.
The Role:
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work for Anytime Fitness on a full-time basis. As an Exercise Scientist working for Anytime Fitness, you will be expected to use evidence-based intervention to help our members achieve their health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with older population adults looking to improve their current conditions
- Managing a client base of members with varying goals and needs
- Group classes
- DEXA Scan management and application
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
- A Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science, accredited with ESSA
- Relevant Insurances (Public and private indemnity insurance)
- Laptop
- Motor Vehicle (Travelling between locations)
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificate
- Working with Children's Check
- National Police check
- High level customer service focus
- Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent team player
- Is flexible with their available work hours
- Monday to Thursday evenings availability with a full day Saturday.
