Having a passion for working in a service environment, you will be responsible for providing support, personal care and social care to our residents.
Our Personal Care staff play an important role in helping residents live the life they want, ensuring we deliver high quality services.

Founded in 1992, SWIAA (South Western Italian Australian Association) was originally formed to provide aged care and retirement living accommodation to the Italian Community in the South West Region of Sydney.
About you:
You will be someone who aligns with our organisational value - Residents are our priority. You’ll bring to the role a compassionate, supportive and caring nature, along with a level of essential requirements including:
- Be adaptable and available to work day, night and afternoon shifts.
- Available to work weekdays.
- Have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
- Be driven by compassion and have a positive attitude
- Have previous experience in aged care, preferable
- Completed certificate IV in Aged Care
- Have a current National Police Check or NDIS worker screening check or be prepared to undergo a National Police Check or NDIS worker screening check.
- Have evidence of COVID vaccination and flu vaccination
