Your new company

I am working with a specialist producer of industrial minerals who are looking for a Maintenance Planner to oversee all mobile and fixed plant maintenance on their sites in Regional NSW.
This is an exciting role for a company boasting a solid Global footprint but who prides themselves on their well-respected local operations where personal and career development are encouraged and supported and where long-term stability can be guaranteed.

Your new role

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the Plant’s Quality (including product regulatory) and Environmental management systems
  • Responsible for ensuring all products comply with specifications, fulfilling customer needs whilst optimising raw material requirements
  • Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established production processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes
  • Support ANZ Area Quality Programs – Finished Products and Raw Materials
  • Provide a safe working environment and contribute to a positive and harmonious workplace culture which aligns with the Company’s Values (Modesty, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance)
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant qualifications obtained in a STEM field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a laboratory testing role in a similar field
  • Previous Quality Management experience with a good understanding of Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of stakeholder
  • You will be a highly motivated team player with excellent time management skills
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • Be open to travel in ANZ in order to carry out your role
