We are seeking an Integrated Systems Lead to join our Business Services & Assurance team and support the effective operation and certification of Hunter Water's Health and Safety, Environmental, Asset, IT Security and Quality Management System requirements.

The Opportunity
As the Integrated Systems Lead you will own and lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of Hunter Water's integrated management system. Working closely with key stakeholders across Hunter Water, you will build effective working relationships to achieve positive outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for Hunter Waters Integrated Management System that supports the ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 55001 and ISO 27001 systems at Hunter Water.
- Build and embed Hunter Water's Quality Management System ISO 9001 throughout the business.
- Work collaboratively with management system representatives to support and integrate processes common with safety, quality, asset and information security management systems.
- Create procedural documentation for core business processes, common to all Hunter Water systems
- Co-ordinate operational aspects and participate in the IPART Operational Licence Audit process.
What you'll need to be successful:
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant Business, Governance or other related discipline
- Experience with conducting audits, reviews, investigations and/or managing audit programs.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Capacity to think strategically with the ability to initiate and manage change.
- The ability to identify solutions and opportunities in complex areas, formulate options and recommendations, and prepare appropriate documentation.
Desirable Criteria:
- Lead auditing certification
- Experience in working with medium to large organisations and/or utilities.
- Experience working with regulators
