Position: Childcare Educator Cert III & Diploma
Location: Sydney CBD
Type: Full-Time
Offering: $35 - $44 per hour + super
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover. - Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
- Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
- Collaborating with a team of educators to design engaging activities, ensuring children's individual needs and interests are met.
- Promoting health and safety practices within the preschool environment.
- Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.
- Childcare Educator Cert III or Diploma
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
