About the Role
We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the North Sydney team to support consulting and sales team members. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting kick-start their professional career with a varied role that offers great career development with opportunities in the Financial Services industry. Duties can include:
- Phone based Customer Support
- Issuing policy documents vie Email to clients
- Accounts administration such as Debtor management
- Data entry & document generation
- EA support to Directors
- Electronic filing
About You
Experience in prior administration based roles is not required - we've perviously had great team members join our business from retail, hospitality and customer service based roles. The right attitude, a friendly persona and positive mindset are valued highly, along with the following:
- Must be a self motivated, proactive and focused individual who is confident and flexible in their work.
- Confident user of technology and very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent writing, formatting and communication skills, and a strong eye for detail
