As an Assistant Store Manager in this much loved Shepparton large format store, you will be experienced in creating memorable customer interactions and be a dedicated and driven retailer. Alongside your up and coming Store Manager and highly skilled Regional Manager, you will be a part a team accountable for operational and merchandising standards, stock control and monitoring of store expenses.
Your personality and professionalism will engage, inspire and motivate your colleagues to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets while exceeding operational requirements. Coming from an extensive retail background you will have a proven history of consistent and reliable performance, and love the challenge of personal development in a bricks and mortar environment!
