Our client is a highly respected real estate agency that is invested in the growth and longevity of their staff and as a result the current assistant has been with the team for over ten years. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales and marketing coordinator to join this business based in the Kincumber area where you will be offered a comprehensive hand over, check lists, and procedures for every step of your role along with support from the team to help you thrive in your new role!

What will you be doing in this role:

Working under two incredibly professional and well regarded agents this role will see you manage the administration and marketing for up to 60 sales per year. Your responsibilities will include;
  • Arrange and attend photoshoots
  • Prepare and book marketing schedules
  • Manage all sales compliance from list to settlement
  • Coordinate stylists and works to get properties ready for sale
  • Manage social media posting and agent branding
  • Prepare prelist kits, proposals, and market reports
  • Order office supplies and oversee the running of the office
  • Diary and email management
  • Preparing for settlement, liaison with solicitors and clients
The right candidate will have:
  • A minimum 12 months real estate experience
  • Current Certificate of registration or real estate licence
  • A valid drivers licence and access to a car
  • Sound knowledge of the sales process
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and develop your real estate career
