About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader Cleaning Services to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis with a keen eye for detail, and extensive commercial cleaning experience to lead a team of amenities cleaners in the cleaning of Council facilities.
You will assist our Building Construction and Maintenance section in providing high level cleaning and amenity services to Council sporting and public toilet amenities.
You will also assist in training and mentoring staff in consultation with your Supervisor.
Qualifications and experience
Essential:
- Extensive commercial cleaning experience
- Class C Driver's Licence.
Desirable:
- Certificate of Attainment in Cleaning Supervision or equivalent
- Certificate III in Leadership.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,308.84 per week
- 38-hour working week
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
