They specialise in serving large contractors and government bodies, offering a comprehensive suite of services that encompass highly skilled consultants, staffing solutions, and contract teams. Regardless of the size of the project's scope, our team is equipped to deliver excellence.
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced 360 recruitment expert to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing client relationships in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure while also driving growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Identify and develop client/business relationships.
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Act as a trustworthy advisor and thought leader for your clients, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
- Utilise candidate care to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential employees
- Identify a specialist skill and create and maintain a talent pool for proactive floating target
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or another related field.
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong contractor recruitment experience
- Knowledge of the current recruitment and talent sourcing environment.
- Excellent experience in the full cycle end-to-end recruitment process including managing placement and ongoing client communications
- A strong understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction and infrastructure industry.
