Join Service Stream as a System/Business Analyst location in either our Melbourne or Brisbane office!
About the Role
Service Stream currently has an opportunity for a System/Business Analyst to join an established and innovative technology and continuous improvement team in our Telecommunications division. We are looking for a well-rounded, outgoing individual with great communication skills and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Flexible - Melbourne or Brisbane
Reporting line : Technology and Continuous Improvement Manager
Responsibilities
In this role you will be working with the National Telecommunications team across multiple projects and carriers. This role would suit someone who is a great communicator and passionate about data and has attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administration of systems used by the projects including set up of users, governance and working with system vendors.
- Business process improvement
- Interaction with the project team including training and support as necessary.
- Scoping and documenting business requirements
- Helping with adhoc tasks and projects
- Allocation and completion of a broad range team tasks - via a team portal.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft product suite skills (excel, visio)
- Project management experience
- Experience with system administration (Salesforce product experience highly regarded)
