Mama Bear, our Roselands Centre, has been blessed with a long-standing Centre Manager who has been with the service for over 12years, however, will not be returning from Maternity Leave. Our current 2IC-Asisstant Manager will now be taking 12-24months Maternity Leave also, so we are looking for someone who can fill in her shoes, under the direction of the BearChildCare Director.
This role's main aims are:
- to provide educational care to our children as a Senior Educator
- to provide support and guidance for our families & community
- take new prospective families on tours of our service and complete enrolments
- Mentor, motivate and inspire the BearTeam
- be an advocate for BearChildCare Exceeding Standards of Care in alignment with philosophy, EYLF & NQF
- have experience in Assessment & Rating and be prepared to lead the Team with the Director in preparing for A&R in 2025
- answer, guide and respond to centre emails
Your great interpersonal skills; sound knowledge of Early Childhood Sector, its Laws and Regulations; your strong leadership skills and passion for this sector will secure you this role.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12-24 months
Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
