Job Brief
We are seeking a locum GP or VMO Anesthetics for a 52-bed hospital located in Hunter New England, in an easily accessible location. This position offers
$2750 per shift
Accommodation allowances will be provided
Travel up to $800 cap
Flexible shifts are available starting from April 2024

Requirements
Oncall basis is required
The Hospital is a rural referral hospital with 282 beds and is the largest health facility in NSW outside the Sydney-Wollongong-Newcastle metropolitan area. It is a major trauma referral centre. Services they provide:24-hour emergency department, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, Kidney Medicine, Maternity, Mental Health, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Urology, Cardiac, Rehabilitation (including brain injury), Diabetes Centre, Paediatrics, Oncology, Radiology, and Pathology.
Eligibility Criteria
Active AHPRA registration with no conditions
Unlimited working rights in Australia
Minimum 2 Years of similar experience
Must have VMO rights Completion of specialist training in anesthesiology
Possess specialist qualifications in Emergency Medicine, typically FACEM or an equivalent recognized qualification
