The Role

• Local Construction knowledge essential
• The role would be working within a team of experienced ArchiCAD users
• Working drawings including relevant construction details as programmed;
• Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage;
• Ensure drawings and documentation accurately reflect any dispensations, Council and/or Developer requirements;
• Prioritising and delivery of conflicting deadlines and deliverables
• Reporting to the Drafting Manager;
• Work closely with internal departments;

Skills & Experience :

• over 3 years experience working for a residential builder
• Experience in residential drafting of medium-density townhouses essential.
• Must be proficient in ArchiCAD software
• Great attitude - looking to learn,
• Good knowledge of Rescode, NCC, Building Regs,
• Strong time management skills
• An understanding of Design and Construction
