IGA Gumdale is a family-owned and operated business and we pride ourselves in a healthy team environment and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Deli Manager at our IGA Gumdale store.
Your day-to-day role will include cooking along with the overall management of the department, including:
- Preparing cold meat and displays, salads, and hot foods
- Accurate team member rostering
- Ordering and developing supplier relations
- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Aiming to achieve your budget and wastage KPI’s
- Maintaining food safety, cleaning, hygiene, and team safety
- Passion and enthusiasm with hands-on approach to learn and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- Have attention to detail

The store is open 7 days a week, so you will need to be flexible and available to work a range of shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,291.84 – $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
