Highly successful and well established manufacturer/distributor based in Kingsgrove is seeking a new team member to their friendly finance team.
You'll enjoy your day communicating with internal and external customers, as you tick off your daily and monthly accounting tasks -
- Processing accounts payable invoices into our PRONTO ERP system
- Reconcile Supplier Accounts monthly
- Maintain Vendor Files
- Bank and Account Reconciliations
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Assist with month end closing and reporting
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date, credits and collections are applied
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub- ledger
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email Register PPSR as required
- Reconciling Customer accounts monthly
- Support other accounting and finance team members
