- Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, participate in the provision of safe, compassionate, person centred care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care outcomes for patients and clients.
- Develop your skills & progress your career working across a wide stream of specialties in a smaller, rural hospital. Excellent training and education opportunities to advance your nursing skills.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible
- Current Health Service Assistant Certificate III (Acute Care).
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment and demonstrated ability to document every occasion of service in an accurate, concise, contemporaneous, objective, complete, relevant, timely and legible manner.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality, efficient and effective person centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with policies and Procedures of the Far West Local Health District and NSW Ministry of Health.
- Clear understanding that tasks and clinical practice is delegated and supervised by the Registered Nurse at all times.
