Description:
Looking for a professional, versatile, well-versed painting manager who has multiple years of experience. Based out of Ashfield servicing mainly the inner west, city and eastern suburbs.
Required skills:
· Excellent customer service when dealing with existing and new clients.
· Ability to set up and manage multiple job sites.
· Time management and job site planning.
· Strong knowledge of painting techniques and product knowledge.
· Basic safety knowledge.
· Computer literacy.
· Farsi language skills are beneficial but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
· Basic quoting, sending correspondence, taking calls, text messaging.
· Driving around Sydney checking and maintaining job sites.
· Inspecting job sites before we begin works to ensure readiness.
· Minor defects touch ups.
· Quality assurance of competed jobs.
· Preparation of materials for new work sites.
Where applicable, manager will supply their own work car. The role is 5.5 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 – $91,000.00 per year
