We are presently expanding our team and are in search of an individual with the right passion and values to join our esteemed team at Coffee Guru Mittagong. Our establishment operates seven days a week, and we require someone with availability on both weekdays and weekends, as needed.
We are specifically seeking a Barista cum Café All-Rounder with a minimum of two years' experience in a bustling, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Exceptional Barista skills coupled with a fervent dedication to delivering outstanding coffee to each and every customer.
- A proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and consistently exceeding expectations.

- Assisting with various front-of-house service requirements within the café.
- Actively soliciting customer feedback and implementing necessary changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
