The Role
Their busy Planning & Environment team now seeks the assistance of a legal assistant. Working with several highly-regarded Partners who are experts in their fields and their team, you will be rewarded for your contributions and enjoy a positive and encouraging environment.
Duties
- Opening new files
- Collating contracts and other documents
- Database management
- Diary management
- Client engagement
- Assist with finance tasks
- Previous experience as a legal secretary
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- IT savvy with strong technical skills
- Strong communication skills and an energetic and ambitious attitude to suit this fast paced team environment
