You will be joining a one stop, full-service sign shop. We are both fun and professional and value our people.

The Opportunity:

Your role as lead installer is key to the success of our business. We can guarantee you a role that is vast and varied. The successful candidate will represent a leader in the industry with an expansive knowledge of all types of signage installation from basic vinyl installation up to the most advanced digital pylon signs.
Working Monday to Friday 7.00am-3pm (OT is offered when required), your main duties will include:

• Lead the installation process of the entire business.
• Installation of pylon and building Signs to the high standard our customers have come to expect.
• Ensure install team/s have the required tools of the trade.
• Operate access equipment including a bucket truck and WP-Safely Work at Heights.
• Work closely with sales and design to ensure fit for purpose signage is offered to clients and ensure the installed product meets the customers’ expectations.
• Train new installation staff as required.

What you need to be considered for this great role:

• Previous experience as a Signage Installer is essential.
• HR Drivers Licence.
• WP Ticket.
• Previous experience with large scale signage project installations.
• Experience with Pylon Signage Installation.
• The ability to manage a team of Installers and train new installers as required.
