We are looking for road construction and maintenance crews for work in the Mid West Gascoyne Region.
We are looking for road construction and maintenance crews for work in the Mid West Gascoyne Region, performing general labouring duties (see below for additional details)The point of hire will be Geraldton but accommodation and meals are provided if you do not live local. You will need to be able to get to the point of hire (Geraldton) by your own means.
Duties:
- Join a Road Construction and Maintenance team
- General Labouring duties
- Minor road construction/re-construction & Road Maintenance
- Culvert Installation/replacement
- Sign and Guidepost installation/replacement
- Holding line installation
- Operating minor pant and equipment
- Roadside and parking bay litter collection
- Reading basic technical documentation and work instructions
Duration: 2 to 3 months with possibility of extension
Pay rate: $40ph + penalites
Start date: Immediate
Candidates will need to possess the following:
- White Card
- HR License
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Experience in road construction and maintenance.
- You need to be able to get to the point of hire (Geraldton) by your own means.
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
