Human Resource- Experience of minimum 2 years in kitchen
- Can be from restaurant or cafe background
- A passion for great food including S E Asian cuisine
- Experience with menu development, food applications and preparation
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
- Management of all areas in the kitchen and food safety paperwork
- Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team
- A high attention to detail with a hands on approach
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Reliable and willing to work

Task & Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, implementing and creation of menus
- Demonstrate cooking techniques and procedures, monitoring these procedures, presentation & temperatures of all meals served
- Assist in the training & managing of kitchen staff
- Uphold Health & Safety Procedures
- Always show strength & leadership
- Currently reside in Western Australia
- A valid Australian Work Visa or Permanent Residence
Qualification & Experience
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or Skills Assessed)
- Minimum 2 years experience in food preparation and cooking for large number of people.
- A high level of food safety knowledge.
