The Role:
As the Assistant Manager you will lead the team in managing day-to-day operations while supporting the Venue manager. Out successful candidate will need to be hands on, an excellent communicator and passionate about helping a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be an influential and valued leader, and a warm and friendly face on the floor with the team.
Skills & Attributes:
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
- RSA Licence & RP Badge
- Hands on leadership with outstanding customer service skills
- Experience with rostering, managing labour costs and KPI management
- Ability to develop, mentor and lead the team
