Hannans North Tourist Mine Customer Service Officer

About our role
The Customer Service role supports the day-to-day operation of the tourist mine, working as part of a small team to offer an engaging tourism experience to locals and visitors to Kalgoorlie.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service, providing a positive experience to visitors.
- Daily tasks to maintain the safety and presentation of Hannans North Tourist mine facility.
- Administration tasks to support the Hannan's North Tourist Mine Supervisor to manage facility. maintenance, function hire, ordering and point of sale processes for the facility and shopfront.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in Administration.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills in Microsoft office, experience using point of sale and procurement systems.
This is a residential part time role, working 7 days per fortnight, 8-hours per day. Including every second weekend.
