This company engages in construction and maintenance projects throughout South Australia, covering all stages of the building life cycle. Their services span from small $1,000 maintenance jobs to multi-million dollar construction projects.Your new role
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Supervisor to join their Asset Services team, delivering maintenance works and small projects up to $500K. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades to see a project through from quoting to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
- You are passionate about building, and care about delivering a quality product within budgetary requirements.
- You excel in building relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and government bodies, understanding the importance of building effective working relationships.
- You have a passion for site safety procedures, including carrying out inductions and SWMS reviews.
- You like to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- You have a trade background and understand computer technology and software packages or are willing to learn.
