Clinical Nurse - Neck of Femur ServiceThis is a Permanent Part Time appointment at 38.00 hours per fortnight.

Position Profile: The CN for Neck of femur collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to initiate a post-surgery pathway for older adults that minimises risk and expedites rehabilitation. The NOF service Supports the delivery of clinical care aligned with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, Hip Fracture Care Clinical Care Standard. As part of a multidisciplinary team provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence based nursing care is delivered to patients. Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
