Your new role

Reporting to the CFO, as Operations and Logistics Manager, you’ll be responsible for integrating the supply chain, production and logistics functions with a focus on leading continuous improvement and driving efficiencies. With a strong focus on cost management and best practice, your role will include:

• Strategic enhancement of the supply chain operations

• Management of the production teams

• Management of quality standards across both production and logistics

• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

• Management of the warehousing and transportation processes

• Health and safety

• Financial operational reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills, to be considered for this role you will hold qualifications in operations or supply chain management and are also able to demonstrate:

• Strong commercial acumen

• High level analytical skills with an attention to detail

• Operational experience within the manufacturing industry

• A focus on continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing

• Knowledge of and experience with international export

• A focus on achieving efficiencies and positive outcomes.
