WOW Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service & Administration Officer to support our Fintech client, based in Balmain with 2 days WFH flexibility once trained.Our client is an Australian owned and operated innovative payments and prepaid card business. - This is an immediate start **
- $65k super $7.5k Bonus structure **
- You will manage an array of inbound calls and emails from existing and potential business customers and consumers
- Provide internal customer service to the Sales Team
- Assist customers and help resolve queries with sound judgement and initiative whilst investigating using resources
- You will work across multiple software systems to source required information
- Support and deliver operational functions for order processing, reporting, strong data entry capabilities.
