About the Role:
Seeking a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and uphold the reputation for culinary excellence. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, and staff management. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and culinary expertise while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and menu development
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
