• Support and assist a team of Strata Managers, learn from the best
• Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
• Manage repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
• Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
• Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with

• 12 + months experience in Body Corporate Ideal but not essential
• Open to Residential Real Estate experienced candidates
• A great can-do attitude and must be willing to learn
• Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
• Excellent presentation along
