Your new role

This organisation offers a diverse range of technical services, spanning from audiovisual deployment to network infrastructure upgrades and printer hardware configuration. They cater to a multitude of clients across various sectors, throughout the region. As the
Business Development Manager, you will lead and manage the technical team while actively contributing to implementation. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and identifying new business opportunities. Despite already having an established and robust client base, there remains a significant scope for growth by targeting prospective organisations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing sales strategies.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Engaging with external customers to understand their business needs and providing solutions that enhance decision-making.
Managing the entire lifecycle of projects, from sales and requirement gathering to overseeing implementation and support.
Assisting with the delivery and implementation of services, including IT strategy development and project management.
Being accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Leading, mentoring, and developing the team, managing resource allocation and project timelines.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and service delivery.
Providing detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
In addition to working onsite, travel may be required (with a company vehicle provided) for project status checks, team coordination, or client meetings. This role offers an exciting blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and technical expertise.
