The Opportunity
We're looking for a Traffic Management Planner to join our Minor Safety Department based out of East Tamaki, Auckland.
You will be involved in facilitating the planning for traffic management projects for the department across all works within the region for the team.
Working alongside the Contract Manager and Project Managers, this role will provide TTM engineering, planning and administration support to our minor projects.
In addition to the above you'll:

Pre implement and stage Traffic Management (TM) plans for drafting by our designers

Manage the TMPs for timely approvals

Assist the bookings for TTM across projects

Assist VMS Board bookings across projects

Assist with the day to day TTM coordination

Attend meetings where and when required alongside AT stakeholders

Conduct Temporary TM audits (Site Condition Rating - SCR)

Support in other ad-hoc admin duties as required
What we are looking for:

Class 1 Full NZ Drivers licence

Experience with civil/construction industry is preferred

Relevant (TTM/TMO) experience is ideal

Experience in preparation of quality control documentation to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications

Ideally hold a TTMP qualification, but not essential

Ideally be a qualified Temporary Barrier Designer and Inspector, but not essential
