We have an exciting new opportunity in our Insurance Solution Space. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Marine Product and Platform Support & provide outstanding service to both internal (the Marine Underwriters) & external customers (Intermediaries) through timely, accurate and efficient processing of all enquiries and tasks within the team to ensure we are perceived as being flexible, responsive, and easy to do business with.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative tasks including New Business and renewal processing
- Support the underwriting team
- Credit Control - Work in conjunction with the Marine Underwriters and Marine Platform & Products Coordinator
- Premium Generator/E-cert support - Actively delivering, promoting and clearly communicating solution orientated responses to both internal and external
- Provide proactive assistance and strong support to the Manager Marine Product and Platform by ensuring the administrative duties allocated are actioned within agreed service guarantee time frames and professional manner
- Vero Marine Bespoke Solution Platforms (Xena, Premium Generator, E-cert) enhancement, suggestions for improving and updating, testing & maintaining
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous operational and/or administrative experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in identifying and resolving escalated customer queries
