Prepare external audit materials, in collaboration with Accounting and Treasury teams.

You will report to the Chief Accountant.
Responsibilities
- Prepare external audit materials, in collaboration with Accounting and Treasury teams
- Coordinate external audits planning
- Support Due Diligence activities
- Schedule a yearly tax calendar
- Prepare taxes calculations
- Timely process tax declaration to relevant authorities with accurate data
- Manage communication with tax authorities when necessary
- Ensure tax compliance and recommend optimization opportunities
- Coordinate Transfer Pricing documentation with advisors and participate in inter companies’ contracts strategy
- Ad-hoc requests pertaining to Accounting
- Prepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years minimum of experience in a tax department, including 3+ years in charge of tax declarations in Singapore
- Experienced in multi-country – multi entities is mandatory
- Experienced with Transfer Pricing Documentation
- Tech-savvy and at ease with new technology usage and implementation
- Detail-oriented
- Continuous learner, aware of best practices and trends

- Can-do attitude
- Know how to multitask and prioritize
- Work in a remote and globally distributed team
- Perform under time constraints and meet deadlines
