ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for delivering high value administrative and customer support whilst learning the fundamentals of account management. This role, based at an SG Fleet premise, provides daily support to customers as well as the wider Customer Relationship Team and possesses expert knowledge of the relevant systems and processes. In some cases, the incumbent may also be required to regularly work onsite at key customer locations.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES..

The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to

  • Excellence in Customer Service: Meet personal, team and customer expectations through pro-actively supporting the improvement of Customer Satisfaction levels by maintaining a high level of customer service and maintaining a high level of internal systems data integrity.
  • Customer & Customer Relationship Manager Support: Demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, decision making and interpersonal skills by working autonomously in addressing day to day customer and Customer Relationship Team enquiries, information requests and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
  • Delivering Value: Contribute to Sgfleet's value proposition by educating customers of Sgfleet's Analytics and online tools and collaboratively aligning Sgfleet strategies to customer requirement, in conjunction with the Customer Relationship Manager.
  • Collaboration & Values: Work collaboratively and act as a values role model with Sgfleet support teams, adopting a one team and customer first mindset to ensure that customer specific requirements are performed in line with expectations, Sgfleet's products, services and fleet management capabilities.
  • Onsite Support: When applicable, the Customer Fleet Consultant may have a requirement to work onsite with key customers, with a focus on core administrative duties determined in conjunction with the Customer Relationship Manager and customer, with an added focus on delivering continuous improvement and customer value initiatives in line with agreed requirements.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Strong experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress.
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
