News Corp Australia have an exciting opportunity for experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be supporting from a strategic perspective to support with the 2024 graduate intake. The role will include assessing a diverse talent pool and supporting to deliver a focussed review of the aptitude and personality of candidates prior to an assessment centre.

What you'll do:

  • Utilise your consultative skills to provide expert talent acquisition advice and support to hiring leaders across several departments
  • Responsible for strategically sourcing and acquiring top talent for Australia's most influential media organisation
  • Partner with our stakeholders and senior leadership team through every step of the recruitment process
  • Delivering the highest possible candidate experience
  • Prepare and issue new employee contracts and other associated paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide advice on best practice recruitment, interview techniques/structures and suitable sourcing strategies

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated experience in 360 degree Recruitment role within Agency, Internal or RPO
  • Highly driven and motivated personality able to work well under pressure
  • Experienced in sourcing strategies and head hunting techniques
  • Passionate about having a positive impact on people's careers
  • Able to work collaboratively with the immediate and wider team
  • Ability to work to agreed targets, metrics and deadlines
  • Professional approach that takes their work, but not themselves seriously
