About you
You’ll be the go-to expert, transforming payroll with precision and efficiency, ensuring all policy and compliance requirements are flawlessly executed.
You have a solid 3 years under your belt. But here's the real deal – we need someone who not only gets the daily ins and outs, but practically dreams in complex awards, EBA's, and payroll legislation.
You like to keep things customer friendly. Whether it's finding ways to make life easier for the team, or ensuring a smooth ride for your external stakeholders, you’re always looking for those little tweaks that can make a big difference to the whole experience – for employees and customers.
If you’ve got a background in manufacturing or similar industries, even better.
