Safety, Quality & Performance lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of Child and Adolescent Health Service’s (CAHS) external certification and accreditation processes and play a key role in the planning and execution of organisational strategy relating to safety, quality, and clinical governance,

About the Position We are seeking a Clinical Incident Analyst to join our team, providing insights into clinical incidents, understanding root causes, and identifying trends and patterns to drive proactive decision-making. You will be accountable for providing a data entry, coding, auditing, training and reporting service for CAHS using the Clinical Incident Management System (CIMS) You will also be responsible for the provision of analysis reports to inform the development and implementation of quality activities and assisting in further analysis and investigation of clinical incidents, as well as identification of contributing factors. About CAHS The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS comprises of four service areas: Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) and Neonatology.
