Description:
Diggies Kiama is seeking an experienced Barista (minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume setting) to join our team. Our ideal candidate has outstanding coffee-making skills, is friendly and outgoing, and has a true passion for coffee! A valid RSA certification is required. We proudly serve ST. ALi coffee.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, as well as a range of cold beverages and alcoholic beverages in line with our standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista in a high-volume setting, with a strong understanding of coffee-making techniques.
- Ability to adjust grind and maintain coffee machines.
- Valid RSA certification.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability for an immediate start and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
