Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling multiple stages of the project development from Estimation, design, and Development.
- Provide technical analysis support to Business analysts during requirement phase and testing team during system testing and stabilization.
- Requirement analysis and technical low-level design.
- Lead development of key and complex epic or stories
- Lead defect triage within POD, cross PODS or cross tracks and fix implementations.
- Deployments and testing support
- Coordinating with cross teams’ project development
- Guiding senior and junior developers in their assignments
- Code review focus on code quality.
- Sync up and collaboration within business SME, POD members, with BA and QA for the stories and epics assigned to the POD.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive Guidewire experience
- Expert knowledge on P & C Insurance domain
- Insurance Domain Certification like AINS 21/22/23
- Excellent analytical / communication skills
- Guidewire Specialist Certification
