Momentum is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader for an exciting permanent position for our premium Luxury Fashion client based in Banksmeadow. Our client aims to provide exceptional service to their customers, preserving the luxury and elegance of their brand.
As this is a permanent position, only Australian / NZ citizens and/or permanent residents will be shortlisted.
Role commencement: Immediate start for the right candidate.
Pay rate: $75,000 per annum, competitive pay rate!
About the role
As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for the following:
· Leading an operational team of 12-25 staff members including 3 team leaders.
· Setting KPI’s and ensuring all performance tasks are met by all employees with a focus on cost control.
· Establish performance issues and manage these professionally and promptly.
· Planning employee schedules effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the set time frame and minimize the need for overtime.
· Create clear expectations and demonstrate high standards of work practices.
· Always abide to company policies and procedures.
· Ensuring employee’s are properly SOP’s / WI’s trained.
· Monitor profit, stock stakes, inventory to maximize business operational processes to verify results.
· Manage packing material expenses.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
· Experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role.
· E-commerce experience.
· Experience of working in a 3PL warehouse environment using Warehouse Management Systems & RF scanners.
· A strong knowledge of MS Excel.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge of stock integration – inventory control, stock checks.
· Strong work ethic – we are looking for reliability and punctuality.
