Super Futsal Australia provides unique opportunities for people of all ages and skill levels to participate in Futsal, from grassroots through to elite.
We are now on the look-out for an enthusiastic Participation Officer based in Brisbane to work across our international level Futsal specific centres in Acacia Ridge and Carina. As the Participation Officer, you will work closely with the Founder & Director of Coaching, Accounts, Club Officials, and Centre Staff in creating and achieving the long-term vision of increased Futsal participation and recognition Nation-wide. Your involvement with this role will shape the future of the sport in Brisbane, Queensland, and Australia.
What is Futsal?
Futsal is a high intensity, fast paced, dynamic, enjoyable and turbo-charged 5-a-side version of football that caters for both male and female participants. It is the only 5-a-side version of football officially recognised by FIFA, and is one of the fastest growing sports in the world.
As the Participation Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and actioning all customer enquiries through mediums such as; phone, website, email, and social media.
- Business development in the form of recruiting and maintaining teams and leagues across both Junior and Adult levels.
- Designing of business plan in conjunction with Super Futsal Brisbane Founder & Director of Coaching, including program creation, media distribution, budgeting and cost estimation.
- Administration tasks such as record keeping, staff and customer communication.
- Creation of marketing and advertising material and maintenance of business social media outlets, including official website, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, and Email direct marketing (EDM) via MailChimp.

- Days and hours of full time position will be 4 days during the week (2pm - 10pm) and one day on the weekend.
We also have part time and casual positions available with our venues at Acacia Ridge and Carina. This includes evening and weekends shifts.
