Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and packaging machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and maintain peak operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure equipment meets production requirements and food safety standards.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a bakery or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to food production equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
